How often should you get a Kobido treatment?

A single session, a closely spaced course, or monthly maintenance: here's how to adapt the pace of your Kobido sessions to your goal, for visible, lasting results.

A moment of relaxation during a Kobido session

A question we hear often

"How many sessions do I need to see results?" is probably the most common question new clients ask before their first Kobido massage. The answer depends on your goal: a one-off treat, preparation before an event, or ongoing long-term maintenance.

A first session, for an immediate effect

From the very first session, most clients notice a brighter complexion, a more relaxed face and an immediate "healthy glow" effect. It's a great way to discover the protocol ahead of an important event: a wedding, a photoshoot, a professional appointment. This first treatment is available as an introductory offer at 130 CHF.

A course of treatments, for deeper results

To act on firmness and skin laxity more durably, a course of several closely spaced sessions is generally recommended - for example, one session a week for 4 to 6 weeks. That's the time needed for the stimulation of collagen and elastin to produce visible, cumulative effects on the firmness of the facial oval (see our article on the benefits of Kobido).

Monthly maintenance, to prolong results

Once the goals of the course have been reached, a monthly maintenance appointment helps preserve the results over time: the skin keeps benefiting from regular stimulation, and the session remains a true ritual of reconnecting with yourself, in line with Éclat du Temps' philosophy.

In short

  • One-off occasion: a single introductory session is enough for an immediate visible effect.
  • Firmness / anti-aging goal: a course of 4 to 6 closely spaced sessions.
  • Maintenance: roughly one session a month, to prolong results.
